Club Med knew that its social channels could be performing better: but didn’t know how to improve them. They asked us to take over the running of their UK accounts to help them reach their true potential.

The first step was an in-depth audit of Club Med’s social posts over the previous six months. From this, we identified the best performing content and any gaps, leading to a fresh, content-led strategy for the brand, that would reach and engage its target audience across all channels.

This included the creation of a regular content plan of relevant and timely posts as well as dedicated campaigns to tap into their primary audiences.
Within weeks Club Med began to see an improvement in engagement across all channels, with the figures growing month on month.
